Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Lead maintenance operations to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Oversee engineering projects, including equipment upgrades and system optimizations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international engineering standards
- Analyze maintenance KPIs to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively
- Mentor and develop maintenance technicians to build technical expertise
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management within manufacturing
- Proven track record in implementing preventive maintenance systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and maintenance technologies
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities
