Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Define technical roadmap and align engineering initiatives with company objectives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning through deployment and maintenance.
- Foster Agile/Scrum practices, drive continuous improvement, and remove impediments.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong background in full‑stack development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while staying hands‑on with code reviews and architecture decisions.
