Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electrical and electronic utility systems to ensure 100% uptime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
- Conduct regular energy audits and prepare comprehensive energy efficiency reports for management review.
- Respond promptly to technical complaints and troubleshoot facility-related malfunctions effectively.
- Manage Repair & Maintenance (R&M) budgets and ensure all work orders are completed within financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade facility systems and implement energy-saving technologies.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management, hotel engineering, or industrial plant maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS), power distribution, and electrical safety standards.
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting and reading electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle stakeholder complaints professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to be stationed in Genting Highlands, Pahang.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic track records and high technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
