Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure all engineering projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and external partners.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
