Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to ensure efficient maintenance of airport facilities and equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring budget adherence and timelines
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with aviation regulations
- Train and mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges
- Monitor KPIs and implement process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of airport facilities management systems and regulatory standards
- Proven experience in project management and budget oversight
- Relevant certifications in engineering safety (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CMMS software and engineering diagnostic tools
