Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and guidance for complex engineering systems, equipment, and processes.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues, performing thorough root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement, identifying bottlenecks and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols and industry standards across all technical operations and project deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams, production, and R&D departments to deliver integrated technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, reports, and troubleshooting guides.
- Mentor and train junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve engineering practices and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a technical specialist or senior engineering support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, automation, or process control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of implementing effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing technical demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software, CAD tools, and diagnostic equipment.
