Responsibilities
- Perform reliability stress testing on semiconductor components under various environmental conditions
- Analyze test data and document findings in detailed technical reports
- Operate and maintain specialized testing equipment in the Reliability Stress Lab
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve reliability issues
- Develop and implement test procedures for new semiconductor products
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and testing protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing or reliability engineering
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining semiconductor testing equipment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex test data
- Familiarity with industry standards for semiconductor reliability testing
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
