As a Sustaining Technician, you will be an integral part of our sustaining team, providing essential support to Product and Test Engineers in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) sample testing and data collection. This role is critical in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze test data, and implement corrective actions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes and meeting production targets while adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform ATE sample testing and comprehensive data collection to support product and test engineering activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test equipment and production processes
- Collect, analyze, and document test data with attention to accuracy and detail
- Collaborate with Product and Test Engineers to implement process improvements and corrective actions
- Maintain equipment calibration and ensure proper functioning of test stations
- Support production ramp-up activities and meet scheduled production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation updates
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) testing procedures and equipment
- Basic understanding of test data analysis and statistical methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to read technical documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to flexible schedules as required
