Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons for early learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to language acquisition.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and activities to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to children and parents.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to early childhood or primary school students.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogies.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills.
- Prior experience in an international or bilingual school setting is a plus.
