Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons based on 21st-century pedagogical methods.
- Create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous professional development workshops.
- Organize classroom activities to promote student participation and confidence.
- Assess student performance regularly to ensure learning objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private education or tutoring center setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to innovative teaching techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Candidates with a certification in TEFL/TESOL or teaching experience in 21st-century learning frameworks will be at an advantage.
