In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the entire admissions journey. You will leverage your deep understanding of educational programs—from local tuition settings to international pathways—to match candidates with the right learning opportunities. Your ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present tailored solutions will be key to achieving enrollment targets while ensuring every applicant feels supported and informed.
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,000–4,000 plus performance incentives. You’ll work closely with academic teams, marketing, and senior management to drive student recruitment initiatives across Singapore’s Central Region.

Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs, goals, and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, tuition structures, admission requirements, and scholarship options.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment pipeline—from initial inquiry and document collection to offer acceptance and orientation scheduling.
- Track and report enrollment metrics using CRM systems; identify trends and recommend improvements to conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with enrollment targets.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, open houses, and school visits to promote Allied Search’s programs.
- Handle objections and provide post-enrollment support to ensure student retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, competitor offerings, and changes in the local education landscape.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or student recruitment within the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages like Mandarin or Malay are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly conversion targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric mindset—able to handle sensitive discussions with tact.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings for events and peak enrollment periods.
