Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of engineering prototypes and products.
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support design improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including logs, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Help with inventory management of tools, components, and lab supplies.
- Engage in continuous learning through internal training programs and workshops.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
