Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Support daily production operations, identify process bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for various manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production to resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Science) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; limited prior experience is acceptable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing principles, process control, and quality systems.
