Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Support daily production operations, identify process bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for various manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Science) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; limited prior experience is acceptable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles, process control, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and embrace continuous professional development.
- Familiarity with CAD software or statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is a plus.
