Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems for new and existing products.
- Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, quality assurance) to integrate design solutions.
- Document design processes, specifications, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.
- Conduct basic research and analysis on materials and manufacturing processes to optimize designs.
- Support the production line by addressing design-related issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and company design guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided!
- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical design principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
