Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Epicor Developer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. At Lyman Investindo, we leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize our business operations, and our ERP systems are the backbone of our success.
In this role, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical specifications. You will take ownership of developing and maintaining our Epicor ERP environment, focusing heavily on Business Layer (BPMs) and Data Directives to ensure seamless integration and peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement custom Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Data Directives and custom rules to meet specific business needs.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and UI customizations within the Epicor framework.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for the Epicor system.
- Document technical specifications, solutions, and system changes for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Epicor Developer or Consultant.
- Deep expertise in Epicor BPMs, Data Directives, and Dashboard customization.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, and Epicor server-side scripting.
- Strong understanding of ERP manufacturing and/or distribution processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract role.
