Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Implement advanced preventive maintenance strategies and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and yield
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop and implement advanced metrology solutions
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor junior engineers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Stay updated with the latest semiconductor equipment technologies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication equipment engineering
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Expertise in metrology systems and process control methodologies
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance and root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
