You will be responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across a range of critical process modules including Diffusion, Etch, Lithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, WET, and Metrology.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize tool performance, availability, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for assigned process modules.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and procedures to reduce unscheduled downtime.
- Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to improve tool stability, yield, and cycle time.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to equipment reliability, cost reduction, and safety.
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement and maintenance support.
- Document and update equipment maintenance records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support new equipment installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, particularly in Diffusion, Etch, Litho, PVD, CVD, CMP, WET, or Metrology modules.
- Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, plasma physics, and chemical handling preferred.
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven failure analysis (e.g., FMEA, 8D, DMAIC).
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle physically demanding tasks (ladder climbing, heavy lifting).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with equipment control software (e.g., SECS/GEM, PLC logic) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or call-out duties as required.
