Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex semiconductor fabrication equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and optimization of FAB systems
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom standards and contamination control
- Support equipment installation, qualification, and decommissioning
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or similar high-tech manufacturing
- Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, etch, deposition, etc.)
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Cleanroom protocol knowledge and safety certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
