Responsibilities
- Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical specifications to prepare detailed project estimates.
- Calculate material, equipment, and labor costs for diverse electrical installation and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quotations for project components.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of formal bid proposals and tenders.
- Review project requirements to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and technical efficiencies.
- Maintain an organized database of costing models, historical project data, and vendor price lists.
- Collaborate with the project management team to monitor project budgets and identify cost variances.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
