Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including private parties, promotional gatherings, and corporate functions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to final event delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure menu alignment and service timing.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistical arrangements to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure all venue standards are met consistently.
  • Gather guest feedback and report on event performance to optimize future operations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by event schedules.
