Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including private parties, promotional gatherings, and corporate functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to final event delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure menu alignment and service timing.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistical arrangements to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure all venue standards are met consistently.
- Gather guest feedback and report on event performance to optimize future operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by event schedules.
