Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all operational aspects of events including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Manage event schedules, logistics, and guest coordination
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all events
  • Handle troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution during live events
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and post-event reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand client requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event operations or hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and event management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
