We are actively seeking passionate professionals to fill various full-time retail positions across our boutiques. We are looking to welcome dedicated individuals into the following roles:
- Retail Sales Associates: Be the face of Kate Spade, provide outstanding service, and help customers discover our beautiful collections.
- Retail Supervisors: Support store operations, mentor sales associates, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Assistant Store Managers: Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and foster a high-performing team.
- Store Managers: Lead our boutique, inspire your team, cultivate customer relationships, and ensure the overall success and profitability of the store.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable and personalized shopping experiences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, transfers, and accurate stocktake procedures.
- Support daily store operations, encompassing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and efficient POS transactions.
- For supervisory and management roles: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team to ensure operational excellence and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Act as a proud brand ambassador, embodying the spirit, values, and aesthetic of Kate Spade.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion, premium lifestyle brands, or a high-end customer service environment.
- A genuine passion for fashion, style, and a strong understanding of the Kate Spade brand aesthetic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Strong team player with a positive, energetic, proactive, and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- For supervisory and management roles: Demonstrated leadership abilities, experience in managing a retail team, and strong organizational skills.
