As a Store Manager, you will oversee a frontline team, optimize visual merchandising, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing store team, driving engagement, accountability, and a culture of service excellence.
- Achieve sales goals by coaching the team on product knowledge, upselling, and closing techniques.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Utilize data and KPIs to monitor performance, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
- Provide outstanding guest experiences by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with district leadership on staffing, training, and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years retail management experience, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and loss prevention.
- Ability to analyze data, adapt plans, and drive operational excellence.
