Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or hospitality setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proven problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
