Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of associate lecturers, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
- Manage complex scheduling requirements to ensure optimal coverage for academic modules and sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between faculty members and the academic department to resolve queries and streamline operational workflows.
- Monitor and ensure faculty adherence to academic policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and databases related to lecturer performance and engagement.
- Coordinate regular communications and briefings to keep associate lecturers informed of institutional updates and policy changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support exam administration and academic committee requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with diverse faculty.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high standards for documentation and data accuracy.
