We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) division as an Executive in MAM Finance.
Based in Indonesia, you will be part of a global finance team that supports one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world. Your primary focus will be on management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering. You will help drive strategic decisions by providing insightful financial analysis and maintaining the highest standards of financial control and governance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for key stakeholders.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.
- Partner with front office and operations teams to provide insightful financial analysis and drive business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and control.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects, including M&A transactions, system implementations, and new business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university; a Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar financial reporting or business finance role, preferably within financial services or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with experience in statutory reporting and audit management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders across different functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
