As a Finance Control Specialist, you will bridge the gap between operational accounting and financial oversight. You will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, validating documentation, and identifying potential risks or discrepancies in real-time. Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including variance analysis and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
- Conduct regular internal audits of accounting entries and processes.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify and recommend improvements for financial workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance control, auditing, or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
