Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle of digital learning and e-learning content development from initiation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively between corporate clients and internal production teams, including instructional designers and developers.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and budget tracking.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and internal benchmarks.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and proactively resolve any project-related issues or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for management review.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the e-learning or digital media industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus for localization projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
