Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in customer service or heavy equipment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license (for field visits if required)
