In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact programs tailored to the needs of Indian women and youth aged 7 to 35. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks to support youth and women-centric program operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Manage logistics for community events, workshops, and educational initiatives within the Serangoon region.
- Maintain accurate databases, participant records, and generate timely reports for departmental oversight.
- Support the planning and outreach efforts to increase program engagement among youth aged 7–35.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure resources and facilities are effectively utilized for scheduled sessions.
- Monitor feedback and evaluate program effectiveness to suggest operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse age groups.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for community development and familiarity with the socio-economic landscape of the Indian community in Singapore.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
