As an Exim Administration Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between logistics, finance, and customs authorities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all import and export administration activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies.
  • Monitor and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments in the internal database.
  • Handle licensing documentation (NIB, IT, PI) and other trade-related permits effectively.
  • Generate periodic reports on import-export activities for management review.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the administrative staff to maintain high performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Import/Export administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Customs Law, Incoterms, and HS Code classification.
  • Proficiency in using the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) or similar trade systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional communication.
