Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining Marriott's global brand standards.
- Coordinate and execute event setups, ensuring all details align with client specifications and venue requirements.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve service issues with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure a smooth flow of service and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while adhering to strict hygiene and health safety protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of product knowledge regarding our food and beverage menus to provide expert recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of service areas, including mise-en-place, inventory checks, and buffet or banquet styling.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an F&B service or banquet role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with international guests.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A warm, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during high-traffic periods.
- Basic knowledge of international service standards and F&B safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a distinct advantage.
