Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs within budget.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reports to communicate updates and improve performance.
- Uphold company policies and standards, contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position from an international hotel chain.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
