Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all F&B outlets.
- Assist the F&B Manager in developing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure supply levels meet service demands.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain consistent service quality and professional standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, highlighting areas for improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory role, preferably within a hotel chain.
- Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic office computer applications.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm demeanor under pressure.
