As F&B Manager, you will lead a talented team, curate memorable culinary journeys for our guests, and collaborate with the wider hotel management to elevate our brand reputation. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions that highlight local flavors, beachfront dining, and family-friendly offerings.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control, revenue maximization, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Plan and execute engaging F&B events (e.g., themed dinners, brunches, beach parties) to drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Build strong relationships with guests, addressing feedback promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience in a premium hotel or resort environment, preferably in a beachfront or resort setting.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction scores and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Creative thinking for menu development and event conceptualization.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
