Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B department, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food presentation across all outlets.
- Train, mentor, and schedule service staff to ensure consistent performance and team productivity.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to streamline service workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper stock management and cost control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and health regulations, including HACCP standards.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A hospitality-focused mindset with a deep commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
