Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train frontline service staff to maintain consistent performance standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and oversee procurement to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B areas.
  • Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to monitor food presentation, quality, and menu consistency.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an F&B supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems.
