Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and train frontline service staff to maintain consistent performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and oversee procurement to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B areas.
- Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to monitor food presentation, quality, and menu consistency.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in the achievement of departmental financial targets.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an F&B supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
