Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service during opening, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards.
- Manage shift schedules and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Valid Food Safety Handler’s Certificate or similar training is an advantage.
