Your Role

Reporting to the F&B Manager, the F&B Supervisor will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of our outlets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the F&B service team during shifts, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ongoing training to keep staff informed of menu changes, promotions, and service standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and in-house surveys, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces, coordinating with the kitchen and events teams.
  • Manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment, conducting regular audits to minimize loss.
  • Assist in menu development by providing insights on guest preferences and operational feasibility.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports, including daily sales and incident reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations within a hotel or upscale restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in cost control, inventory management, and menu engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino is required; knowledge of a foreign language (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Chinese) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
