Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for all F&B outlets.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to plan menus, events, and promotions.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining room management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
- Basic financial management skills and proficiency in math.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Good command of English and local dialects (Hiligaynon/Ilonggo is advantageous).
- Must be willing to work in Iloilo City.
