In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our physical infrastructure. You will oversee site maintenance, utilities management, and safety compliance, ensuring that our production and office environments meet the highest global standards. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including preventive maintenance of building systems and site infrastructure.
  • Supervise third-party contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and safety protocols.
  • Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) and implement energy-saving initiatives to meet sustainability targets.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance, conducting regular site audits and fire safety inspections.
  • Coordinate workspace planning, office refurbishments, and facility-related capital expenditure projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of facility assets, repair logs, and compliance certifications.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and infrastructure breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or FMCG setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Proven ability to manage technical contractors and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and handle high-pressure environments.
