You will oversee site maintenance, utilities management, and safety compliance, ensuring that our production and office environments meet the highest global standards. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including preventive maintenance of building systems and site infrastructure.
- Supervise third-party contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and safety protocols.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) and implement energy-saving initiatives to meet sustainability targets.
- Oversee health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance, conducting regular site audits and fire safety inspections.
- Coordinate workspace planning, office refurbishments, and facility-related capital expenditure projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of facility assets, repair logs, and compliance certifications.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and infrastructure breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or FMCG setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proven ability to manage technical contractors and vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and handle high-pressure environments.
