You will perform routine inspections, execute preventative maintenance schedules, and provide rapid-response solutions to technical challenges. Responsibilities
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure all building facilities are in optimal working condition.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical faults effectively.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (WSH) standards and building regulations.
- Conduct minor repair works including painting, carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in facility management or building maintenance.
- Solid understanding of M&E system operations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and building schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays if the site requirements demand.
- Possession of a valid Work-at-Height or Electrical license is a significant advantage.
