Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently, and handling customer inquiries or feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of Marrybrown menu items, ensuring adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle cash and electronic payments, and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Supervise and mentor junior crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing team.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, equipment shutdown, and store security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/High School certificate or equivalent; higher education in Hospitality or F&B is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the fast food or hospitality industry is preferred; leadership experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
