Responsibilities
- Lead process integration efforts for DRAM and NAND memory technologies, ensuring robust product performance.
- Collaborate with design, process, and reliability engineering teams to define and implement integration strategies.
- Analyze device performance and yield data to identify root causes of integration issues.
- Develop and validate process modules to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and technology transitions.
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions to improve yield.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or front-end engineering.
- Strong understanding of device physics, CMOS process flow, and integration challenges.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with DRAM or NAND memory technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
