Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers who have overdue accounts in the designated Warakas area.
- Negotiate payment terms and provide financial counseling to assist customers in fulfilling their obligations.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and established legal regulations.
- Document all interactions, outcomes, and payment updates accurately in the internal collection system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
- Reach and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the branch office.
- Coordinate effectively with the internal team to resolve complex payment issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in debt collection, sales, or field operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle in good working condition.
- Deep knowledge of the Warakas and surrounding Jakarta Utara areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to changing daily schedules.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and motivated to achieve performance-based incentives.
