PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is seeking a motivated Field Collector - Motor to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring timely loan repayments, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. You will work closely with the credit and operations teams to minimize delinquency and support the company's growth objectives. As a Field Collector, you will conduct daily field visits, verify customer information, negotiate payment arrangements, and report collection results accurately. You will also contribute to process improvements by sharing field insights and adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and adâhoc field visits to borrowers in the designated area.
- Verify customer identity, loan details, and collateral status during visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment delays professionally.
- Collect payments and issue official receipts in accordance with company procedures.
- Update customer records and collection activities in the CRM system daily.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly collection reports to the supervisor.
- Identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate followâup actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, OJK regulations, and ethical collection practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year experience in collections, sales, or field operations (preferably in automotive financing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Good negotiation skills and a resultsâoriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of motor vehicle ownership and financing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn companyâspecific software.
- Valid SIM A/C and willingness to travel within Jakarta Utara and surrounding areas.
- High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and ability to work independently.
