Responsibilities
- Conduct professional field visits to customers residing in the assigned territory.
- Maintain effective communication and negotiate payment solutions with customers in arrears.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations regarding debt collection.
- Monitor and update the status of accounts daily through the internal management system.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve collection challenges and document all field activities accurately.
- Achieve individual and team-based collection targets consistently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
- Prior experience in debt collection, sales, or field operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and your own motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Tangerang and Kutabumi regional geography.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel and work on a full-time basis.
