Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the field merchandising team across assigned retail locations
- Plan and execute merchandising schedules, ensuring timely product placement and replenishment
- Conduct regular store audits to monitor compliance with brand standards and planograms
- Train, coach, and evaluate merchandising staff to improve performance and customer service
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to address in-store issues and optimize product visibility
- Manage inventory levels, track product movement, and report discrepancies
- Implement promotional displays and new product launches as directed
- Prepare weekly reports on team performance, store conditions, and competitive activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Mandaue City and Cebu area
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations and planogram execution is an advantage
