Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on field equipment and systems
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment at client sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians
- Document service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits and ensure timely service delivery
- Provide on-site support to customers, addressing basic queries and escalating complex issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support team members during peak periods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required; full training will be provided
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor or on-site work
- Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical concepts is a plus
- Must be willing to work in the West Region and travel between client sites if needed
