Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales calls and lead generation activities within the Pasay and Las Piñas territories.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing industrial clients.
- Implement area saturation strategies to maximize market share and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report daily activities via our CRM systems.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop regional growth strategies.
- Provide technical assistance and product recommendations based on client-specific needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, retail, or industrial trade environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient, 'hunter' sales mentality.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the Pasay and Las Piñas area on a daily basis.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict sales KPIs.
